“Thank you so much for all your excellent guidance during my recent ‘adventure’ with breast cancer. Your medical experience was invaluable in answering my questions and quelling my occasional nervousness.
I think your greatest value to me came from accompanying me to my doctors’ appointments. It was such a relief to know that I didn’t have to remember everything I was told, that you were taking copious notes in case we forgot something and asking questions I didn’t even know to ask. I was grateful to have you as my official navigator to, from and within USC Norris Cancer Center, a place don’t think I would have found my way around if not for you. Most of all, thank you for caring and treating me with the compassion and patience you would have given a family member. You got me through this, Maggie. I can’t thank you enough.” September, 2011

“My father hired Maggie last year to assist in organizing the care and finding possible transplant centers for my mother, who required a liver transplant. After more than a year of trying to handle our mother's daily care, insurance, and research transplant centers, we were literally overwhelmed. Upon Maggie's involvement, our mother's in home and doctor's care improved, and she research liver transplant centers that offered the best chances of qualitative and timely results. On Maggie's recommendation, my parents moved to Indianapolis and our mother was placed on the transplant waiting list of Indiana University Hospital. She received a new liver within 90 days. Prior to this, she was on the waiting lists at UCLA and Oklahoma for approximately two years. Without Maggie's help and guidance, we would still be struggling to navigate the complex transplant system. I would highly recommend Maggie's consultation services to anyone confronting serious health care issues for themselves or family members. Thank You Maggie !!!” February 22, 2011
“We retained Maggie to sort out the care for my mother-in-law as a liver transplant candidate. After a year of trying to navigate care on our own, Maggie came on the scene and quickly took command, helped optimize her daily care and researched liver transplant centers. On her advice, my in-law's moved to Indianapolis from Orange County and received a transplant within 90 days of being placed on the IU list while she languished on the UCLA and Oklahoma lists for nearly two years. Without Maggie, we were unable to sort out all of the recommendations we were receiving from around the world. Maggie, took a quantitative approach to selecting a transplant center and confirmed it through due diligence. It was absolutely the right place. We can't say enough about Maggie's contribution and her warm bedside manner.” January 30, 2011
“I would like to thank you for all of your help constructing the (appeal) letter, you were a life saver! I could not read through my whole health benefits booklet to remember one page to the next! I did not know how insurance worked and how they got around things but you did and I think we made a good team putting our heads together to come up with an excellent letter…I enjoyed meeting you over the phone and you were so easy to work with.” September, 2010
